GENERAL
1. I have the right to deny a commission for any reason.
2. After delivery, commissioned artwork may not be edited, traced, heavily referenced, recolored, copied, or redistributed
3.Complicated design requests will require a complexity fee to be paid. This rule is specifically for fashion, such as armor, NOT body types, hair types, mobility aids, etc
4. Any form of putting my art through AI programs, making it NFTs, regardless if it is a commercial commission or not, will result in you being blacklisted and blocked.PAYMENTS
☆ All payments will be in USD.☆ All non-commercial commissions will be 100% upfront before the commission is started.☆ Commercial commissions can be paid 50% before work is started and 50% after sketch approval.REVISIONS
☆ All commissions will come with 3 free revisions that can occur during the sketch and line art phase of the drawing. Any revisions done after that will cost an extra fee depending on the scale of the commission / revision.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
☆ I take a while to work! If you want a piece done within a specific time frame, please let me know!! Depending on the scale of the commission it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a couple2 months. All updates will be communicated with the client.☆ If the client requires the piece very soon, then a Rush Fee will have to be paid.USE
☆ Any non-commercial commissions cannot be turned into merchandise or be resold in any way.☆ Clients cannot use commissioned artwork in any forms of marketing or branding unless a Commercial Rights Fee is paid. This includes, but is not limited to, using artwork as PNGtubers, self advertisement, emotes, monetized videos, and more.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
☆ I retain the right to edit, crop, post, and modify any and all commissions to use portfolio/promo images. If the client does not want me to post and/or use your commission in any way, please let me know and we can come to an agreement together.☆ Clients have the right to post commissioned artwork, so long as I am properly credited for the work I have done.☆ My art cannot be resold, used as an NFT, or be put through any AI programs.REFUNDS
☆ If the client wants a refund they will be refunded for the work that has yet to be completed. Any work that has already been done will NOT be refunded.COMMUNICATION
